Thank you for purchasing one of our products. It is very simple to use. However, we advise
you to read these instructions carefully, as they provide installation and operating
information which will enable you to achieve the best results.
Receipt and unpacking:
In the event of a problem, state your reservations by accurately describing the damage you
observed upon delivery on the carrier receipt. Any damage due to shipping must be reported
to the carrier by registered letter with return receipt, within 24 hours of receipt of the
appliance.
General recommendations for electrical equipment
Always apply safety precautions when using electrical
appliances:
Read all the instructions carefully.
▪ This appliance is intended for professional use.
▪ This appliance is for collective use, for example in the
kitchens of restaurants, cafeterias, hospitals, small
companies such as bakeries, butcher shops, and so on, but
not for continuous mass production of food.
▪ The appliance must never be left unattended when in use.
▪ Do not use the appliance for any purpose besides its
intended one.
▪ Using accessories not recommended by the appliance's
manufacturer may cause accidents.
▪ The appliance must be earthed.
▪ The appliance must be powered by means of a residual
current device with a rated residual operating current of no
more than 30 mA.
▪ We do not recommend that you use this appliance in an
environment that exceeds a temperature of 40 °C.
