CAUTION: Do not run the motor for longer than 1 minute. After 1
minute, rest the motor for at least 2 minutes to allow the motor to
cool down.
NOTE: A menu must be displayed on the display screen for pulse to
activate. Press any function button (STEAM, STEAM+PUREE or ▲▼ )
and then press PULSE.
NOTE: When holding down the "PULSE" button the time on the
display screen will count down for 30 seconds, and then the
appliance will then return to standby mode.
Wearing an oven mitt, hold the lid handle and turn the lid clockwise to

unlock. Lift and tilt it so it opens away from you, to avoid steam coming
towards you.
CAUTION: Be careful when opening the lid as there may still be
steam built up in the jug.
CAUTION: Be sure the blade has completely stopped spinning before
removing jug lid.
To remove the jug from the motor unit, holding the handle rotate it

clockwise and lift up. CAUTION: Do not touch the glass jug as it will
be hot after steaming, only hold the jug by the handle.
MANUAL PULSE (BLEND)
Use this function to blend ingredients to a preferred consistency.
Connect the plug to the wall power outlet and switch the power on.

Make sure jug lid is locked onto the jug. Press any function button

(STEAM,
STEAM+PUREE or ▲▼ ) to take the appliance out of standby mode,
then press "PULSE" button until desired consistency is achieved.
CAUTION: Excess water may build up in the jug during cooking,
empty excess water from jug before blending foods. Excess water
may be ejected from the lid during blending.
CAUTION: Do not run the puree function for longer than 1 minute.
After 1 minute, rest the motor for at least 2 minutes to allow the
motor to cool down.
