12. Cleaning and care

 Before working on the RGB LED strip, always disconnect it from the mains power supply.
To do so, unplug the mains power adapter from the power socket.
 Do not use solvents, petrol, etc. This could damage the device.
 Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.

13. Troubleshooting

= The product does not react.
= The product is not connected properly.
= Check the connection between the control unit and the RGB LED strip.
= Make sure that the mains power adapter is plugged into the power socket
properly.
= The WLAN connection has been interrupted. There is no internet connection.
= Check whether your smartphone is connected to the WLAN network.
= Ensure that the router has established an Internet connection.
