DVD Player Control

To control the DVD player and DVD-HU from the Front
Panel Controls, set source names to DVD and DVD-HU in
the System Setup.

Head Unit Operation Manual for details.

SKIP FORWARD
Remote Control RUE-4155 cannot be used for
ALPINE DVD Head Unit. It is for DVD player only. To
control the DVD Head Unit, use the remote control
included in DVD Head Unit or ALPINE universal
remote control RUE-4190.

Playing and Pausing

Press to play movie or music. Press
to pause.

Stopping

Press to stop movie. "PRE-STOP" appears on
the screen by single click. Press
"STOP" appears on the screen.

Skipping Forward

Press to skip ahead to the next chapter or
track. Press and hold
music.

Skipping Backward

Selecting Menu

Press MENU to show the DVD Menu. Use

Press and Hold MENU to show the DVD SETUP
Menu. Use and ENT to control.
Remote Control
Press MENU to show the DVD Menu. Use
and ENT to control.
When DVD is stopped, press SETUP to show the
DVD SETUP Menu. Use
control.

DVD Setup Operation

The following is common for changing the settings of
ALPINE DVD players.

Changer/DVD Head Unit Operation Manual for more
detailed information.
Front Panel Controls
MENU
While in stop mode, press and hold MENU for at
least 2 seconds. MENU on Front Panel Controls
can be used for DVD Changer and DVD Head Unit
ONLY, not for DVD Player
The setup menu appears on the monitor.
Remote Control
Press SETUP when in stop mode.
The setup menu appears on the monitor.
