Closing the Casing

Requirements:
Screw driver (Phillips)
1.
Remove the dummy panels at those points where modules have
been inserted by pressing them outward from the inside, for
example with your thumb.
Note: Dummy panels that have been removed can be reinserted
any time. Keep the removed dummy panels. Please contact your
dealer or the manufacturer directly in case of loss.
2.
Place the front panel onto the casing.
3.
Secure the front panel with its four screws.

Connecting the PC

Requirements:
Available network socket on the PC or in the network of the PC
1.
Insert one end of the accompanying network cable into the network
socket on the PC or in the network of the PC.
2.
Insert the other end of the network cable into the RJ-45 socket of the
CPU module.

Turning on the PBX

Warning: Touching voltage-carrying conductors or telephone connections can cause
life-threatening electric shocks.
• Close the casing before you put the PBX into operation.
Note: If you have a USB memory stick with a configuration for automatic loading
(auconfig.cfg), insert it into the USB socket (USB host) of the CPU module before you
switch on the PBX. The configuration data stored on the USB memory stick will
automatically be saved to the PBX after switching on. The PBX restarts afterwards.
Requirements:
PBX connected to earthing and casing closed
Connect the PBX to a freely accessible Schuko socket.
The Power and Status LEDs light up several seconds/minutes in
red and orange.
When the LEDs light up in green, the PBX is ready for operation.
Note: If the Power LED remains continuously lit in red, an error
has occurred. Please contact your dealer or the manufacturer directly.
