13. Warranty

This equipment was sold under an exclusive guarantee of two years from date of purchase.
The manufacturer guarantees that the equipment is free of faults with respect to material and workmanship. We
declare that we will manufacture or replace all products or parts thereof that are returned to our factory within
the stated guarantee period and are found on inspection to be faulty. This does not apply to batteries. The cost of
returning manufactured or replaced products will be borne by the factory.
The guarantee does not apply if the devices have been the subject of incorrect use, incorrect wiring (not ours),
faulty installation, or have been commissioned without taking account of the instructions that we have supplied
or prepared or have been modified by any other source than the factory or its official representatives, without our
previous written permission.
We retain the right to adapt our devices at all times before delivery partially or completely and to make im-
provements that are considered necessary by the company. This does not mean that we are obliged to change or
modify devices delivered at an earlier date or to deliver devices that comply with earlier specifications.
Damage must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of the devices. Visible damage to the packaging must
be noted on the receipt form on delivery.
This guarantee expressly supersedes all other explicit or implicit guarantees. We do not enter into any specific
agreements and do not give anyone permission to enter into an agreement on our behalf in connection with the
sale or use of these devices. In no circumstances can we be made responsible for consequential or exceptional
damage. We do not give any special guarantee with respect to the ownership of components that are not supplied
by us.
