VI. BEFORE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for
integrity and open it. If the packaging is damaged, please
contact your transport company and distributor within 3
days and document the damages as detailed as possible. Do
not turn the package upside down! When transporting the
package, please ensure that it is kept horizontal and stable.
Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes
and Styrofoam) so that in case of a problem, the device
can be sent back to the service centre as well-protected
as possible.
VII. DISPOSAL OF THE PACKAGING
Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes
and Styrofoam), so that in case of a problem, the device can
be sent back to the service centre in accurate condition!

IX. BEFORE USE
1. To understand the operation of the machine please
read the manual carefully before use.
2. After unpacking the device it is of utmost importance
that you clean all of the components with cold water.
Then wipe device dry with a soft cloth.
3. Install the device on a fixed workstation.
4. Check voltage before connecting the power plug.
X. OPERATION

Pour sugar into head with spindle. Use the ON/OFF t turn
the device on, set the heating switch to „ON" and then wait
for 2 minutes. After that time the device will start making
candy floss.
After use make sure you first set the heating switch to OFF,
then wait 3-5 minutes until all of the sugar comes out of the
head and then turn the device off. Otherwise there is a risk
of the head with the spindle jamming.
WARNING! DO not overfill the head with sugar, fill it to
no more than 90% of its volume,
WARNING! Do not fill with sugar when in use. To top up
with sugar, set the heating switch to the „OFF" position
and then turn the device off using the IN/OFF switch, top
up with sugar and then start the device as described above.
RCZK-1500S-W
Pour sugar into head with spindle. Use the ON/OFF to
turn the device on, set the heating switch to „ON". Set the
heating temperature to „MAX" and once candy floss starts
appearing reduce the heating power to approx. 700-900W.
After that time the device will start making candy floss.
After use make sure you first set the heating switch to OFF,
then wait 3-5 minutes until all of the sugar comes out of the
head and then turn the device off. Otherwise there is a risk
of the head with the spindle jamming.

XI. ASSEMBLY
Trolley assembly (for RCZC-1030-W)
Screw wheels into the shorter frame then connect both
parts of the frame using cross-beams. Mount device onto
the frame and secure using 8 bolts (2 bolts per leg). Then
attach handles using 2 bolts per handle on each side of the
machine. Gently mount the bowl, align bowl handles with
the locks and then engage the locks.

Assembly of mesh on the bowl

Unfold the mesh evenly (so that the end slightly overlaps
with the beginning) on the inside of the bowl and the use
the clips to secure the mesh.
XII. NOTES
1. Keep minors away from the machine.
2. The electric cable must not come near the hot
surface of the machine. Please ensure that the
electric cable and the connector plug do not come
into contact with water or any other liquids. DO
NOT use the device if the cable or the connector
plug is damaged.
3. Please DO NOT touch the surface of the machine
while it is in operation. DO NOT move the machine
while in operation.
4. Never touch the plug or cable with wet hands.
5. The temporary motor power of the device amounts
to 80%. It is best to avoid extremely long usage
periods. In order to prolong the life of the machine
the engine should rest for 20 minutes after every
hour of usage.
6. Before cleaning make sure that the plug is pulled out.
7. If the cotton candy turner doesn't make any cotton
candy, please turn off the device and remove burnt
sugar with soft cloth.
XIII. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
Shaking, crashing and turning upside down of the device
should be prevented when transporting it. Store it in
a properly ventilated location with dry air and without any
corrosive gas.
XIV. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Disconnect from electricity when cleaning
equipment.
• Use cleaner without corrosive substances to clean
surface.

• Dry all parts well after cleaning before the device
is used again.
• Store the unit in a dry, cool location, free from
moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
ATTENTION: Clean the device after use, regardless of
whether it was operated only once or a number of times.
For RCZC-1030-W/RCZK-1030-W/RCZK-1030-W-R
For efficient head cleaning, after use, pour approximately
150 ml of water into a hot and spinning head. The
evaporating water will clean the interior of the head.
Switch the machine off. Once the head has cooled down,
use a soft, damp cloth to wipe it clean. Failure to follow
these instructions may result in a build-up of caramelised
sugar, leading to defective operation of the machine (candy
floss will not spin, in extreme situations the head may be
permanently damaged).
The user shall be responsible for all damage resulting from
a failure to follow these instructions.
For the RCZK-1500S-W model
After you remove the bowl:
1. Unscrew and remove the carbon brushes.
2. Remove the caps, the locate the bolts by gently
spinning the head. Loosen the bolts.
3. Then remove the head.
4. Insert the head upside down into a container with
water as shown on the figure below

Leave head in the water for approx. 30 min. Make sure no
electrical parts of the head become wet.
5. Assemble the head back on the device: see steps
1 and 2.
XV. REGULAR CONTROL OF THE DEVICE
Regularly control whether the device is damaged. If it
should be damaged, please stop using it immediately and
contact your customer service to solve the problem.
