Problem
The motor stopped
Automatically.
After changing controller
mode nothing changes
(unidirectional <->
bidirectional).
The controller measures
revolution incorrectly.
The motor rotates in the
opposite direction.
The BEC voltage did not
change after configuration
via the transmitter.

Cause
One or more of the controller
protections were activated
and the motor was stopped.
The controller demands to be
power cycled to apply the
change.
The number of poles or the
motor gear ratio was set
incorrectly.
Inappropriate combination of
cable connections to the
motor.
The change of the BEC voltage
must
be confirmed.

Solution
You will find the reason why
the motor stopped in the
transmitter menu:
"Device Explorer" ->
"Mezon Pro" ->
"Telemetry" -> "Status"
Disconnect the battery from
the controller. Wait a few
seconds and connect the
battery to the controller.
Set the correct number
of poles and motor gear
ratio in the transmitter menu
„Device Explorer" -
> "Mezon Pro" -> "Motor
Config".
Exchange any of two cables
from the controller to the
motor.
Set the direction of rotation to
"Reverse" in the transmitter
menu "Device Explorer" ->
"Mezon Pro" -> "Motor
Config".
Confirm the item in the
"Device Explorer"-> "Mezon
Pro" -> "General Settings" -
> "Apply BEC voltage".
