7. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INITIAL OPERATION

Installing the dust extractor:
The multitool can be used with or without the dust exctractor. To install the dust extractor proceed
as follows:
Insert the dust extractor tube into the dustcap untill it clicks into place (Fig. 1)
Put the dustcap over the tool holder and fix it in place using the clamp (Fig. 2-4)
Select the appropriate adapter to connect the dust extractor to the hose of your vacuum cleaner.

8. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

Changing tools:

The multitool is equipped with a quick change system. Please note that the quickchange system
does not work with tools designed for non-quick change machines!
Pull the handle from the quickchange dial (Fig. 5-6)
Turn the quickchange dial counterclockwise to open the tool holder (Fig. 7). Only open the tool-
holder as far as necessary to insert the tools.
Insert the desired tool and turn the quickchange dial clockwise untill the tool is held firmly in
place (Fig. 8)
Push the handle back into the quickchange dial.
The tool is now ready to use – select the desired oscillation speed using the speed dial on the back
of the multitool.
