 BEFORE STARTING THE APPLIANCE

After you have filled the kettle do not forget to close the lid, otherwise the kettle will
not turn off automatically after boiling. The amount of water in the kettle must al-
ways be between the "Min" and "Max" level.
o
Place the kettle on the base and turn it on.
o
As soon as the water has boiled, the kettle will turn off automatically. But you can
turn the appliance off by hand at any time.
CAUTION:

The outside of the kettle gets very hot. Only use the handle to pick up the kettle.

Once the kettle has switched off automatically, the boiled water must be poured
out in order to be able to use the kettle to boil some more water after around 15
to 20 seconds. The kettle will not switch on during this time.
 OPERATION

Control Panel and Features

This is a full automatic electronic control kettle. It can heat water
to a temperature of "40°C", "60°C", "70°C", "80°C", "90°C" or
"100°C" and maintain it for 30 min.
o
The function buttons are located on the handle, including
POWER button, "SET" button and "KEEP WARM" button.
o
LED's indicating water temperature and working mode, including
POWER indicator light, "KEEP WARM" indicator light, 6 temper-
ature setting lights.
o
In working mode "KEEP WARM", the kettle will auto-shut off af-
ter 30 min.
o
The kettle has a memory function. When the kettle is taken from
the base and put back within 90 seconds, the "KEEP WARM"
mode is still active.
