HOW TO USE THE IRON HOLDER
Put accessory on any box edge as illustrated (one larger nail of holder comes outside of
box and two nails inside).

Tip does not heat up

GAS FILLING (T005 16 160 99)
1. Use original Weller Pyropen gas (or ISO-butan-
gas for cigarette lighters).
2. Be sure the gas OPEN/CLOSE lever is at "OFF"
osition.
3. Hold the Pyropen handle with tip pointing
downward, refill nozzle in upright position.
Insert nozzle of gas container and press down.
4. As soon as the Pyropen is filled, gas will over
flow.
5. Hold the tool horizontal and see the window to
read LP gas volume inside.
Wrong
● Empty tank.
● Clogged ejector.
● Gas pressure too high
or too low.
● Ignition button released
too fast
● Ignition plug used-up
● Boom after releasing
ignition button shows
no flame-off.
● Used-up catalyst.
● Insufficient gas pressure.
● Clogged ejector.
Correct
● Refill.
● Replace with new ejector
● Slide control lever to lower
or higher position.
● Read "How to use the
soldering tip" again.
● Replace with new burner
● Repeat ignition.
Pushing and releasing
button SLOWLY.
● Replace with new tip.
● Refill with butane gas.
● Replace with new ejector.
