adjusted so that the harness (which moves with the headrest)
is at shoulder height on the child or slightly above, but never
behind the back or at ear level (5.2).
1. Pull the headrest height adjuster
height in accordance with the size of the child (fig. 5.1).

Removing harnesses and the safety buckle
1. Release the harness protectors
hold them in place from the fastener at the back of the seat
(fig. 6.1/A).
2. Locate the harness connector on the lower back part of the
seat. Release the straps from the connector by unfastening
them (fig. 6.1/B) and remove them by pulling on them from
the front of the seat (fig. 6.2).
3. Turn the child seat over and from underneath the seat, remove
the harness straps by passing the lock plate through the slot
on the seat (fig. 6.2/A). The harness straps will be released.
4. Repeat these steps to remove the safety buckle from the seat
(D)
(fig. 6.2/A).
Fastening the child into the seat
1. Place the child seat on the car seat.
2. Sit the child on the seat and then fasten the car seatbelt,
inserting it into the buckle until you hear a click. Ensure that
the abdominal strap goes underneath the armrests (fig. 6.4/B).
3. Thread the diagonal part of the belt through the diagonal belt
guide until it is securely in place (fig. 6.4/A). Make sure that it
is not twisted.
As the child grows, the headrest height must be adjusted. In order
to do this, the steps outlined in point 5 must be followed.
