Before Use – Know Your Water Hardness:
• Confirm the hardness of your water with
your local water company or use the quick
reference map as a guide.
• Find your water company on the OFWAT
site (ofwat.gov.uk/contact-companies) and
check the water hardness of your area.
• If you are unable to establish the
water hardness of your area, or
