The following tips for use will help you obtain optimal milk foam:
• Check if there is any dirt on the skimmer before using it.
• Use whole milk for best foam results.
• Add the milk before turning on the frother to avoid dry burning or overheating
as this may cause malfunction.
• Heat and froth the milk first. Then prepare the coffee or hot chocolate as soon
as the frother starts to work.
• The frother can turn milk at room temperature into foam (with the cold froth
function, for example), but this does not mean that the foam will be cold, since
during the frothing process the temperature rises a little.
• The optimum temperature for heating milk is between 50 and 60 °C. Not only
will this not destroy the molecular structure and nutritional content of the milk,
but it also improves the flavor without having to wait too long.
• After each use, clean the milk frother and its accessories with cold water and
dry them with a dry cloth.
