12. DEMOLITION AND SELLING OF THE PUMP
If pump has to be cleared empty it of contained oil and clear it according to the laws in force in the country in which the
clearing happens. The other parts of the pump must be sold off considering the typology of the materials that constitute
it.
Air pressure too low.
Inside safety valve out setting.
Loss of the oil in the general
hydraulic apparatus.
Excessive load.
The oil doesn't correctly circulate.
If the return is foreseen to gravity,
possible lack of load on the
cylinder.
Cylinder spring break.
Air pressure too low.
Air filter dirty or obstructed.
Verify that the pump pressure of
feeling (compressed air) is
between 6 and 10 bar.
Contact the builder.
Verify the presence of the loss
and to mend where necessary.
Decrease the load.
Verify that the pipings are
deprived of neck down and that
the cylinder is not detective.
Verify the line of oil feeling.
Send back it to the builder to the
repairing.
Verify that the pump pressure of
feeling (compressed air) is
between 6 and 10 bar.
Clear and replace the filter.
