Problem
The appliance does not work
when I press the On/Off
button.

Possible cause
The battery is empty.
The On/Off button is pressed
more than once.

Solution
Charge the battery according to the
instructions in the user manual.
Wait a few seconds and press the On/Off
button again.
Switch On the appliance again by pressing
the On/Off button.
Charge the battery according to the
instructions in the user manual (see
'Charging').
Buy a new cleaning pad and make sure to
wash the pad according to the instructions
(see 'Cleaning the pad'). Wash the pad in a
half-loaded (or less) washing machine and
on a care/wool program with a low speed
rotation (up to 40 °C and 800 RPM).
The appliance always operates at setting 1
when switched on. Choose wetness setting
2 if you prefer a wetter cleaning result.
Make sure to wet the pad under the tap
before cleaning.
Wash the pad in the washing machine at
up to 40°C (see 'Cleaning') and follow the
cleaning instructions on the pad.If the
problem persists, replace the pad.
Refill the clean water tank.
Refill the clean water tank.
Connect the clean water tank to the
appliance properly. Push the clean water
tank down until it is firmly locked in place.
Connect the pad to the nozzle by pressing
it firmly.
Wash the pad in the washing machine at
up to 40°C (see 'Cleaning') and follow the
cleaning instructions on the pad. If the
problem persists, replace the pad.
