Which of the two ports you fit will make a difference to the bass output.
The long ports are usually preferred for speakers positioned near solid walls, while the short ones generally perform better on speakers standing away from the
wa s entirely, or where the walls are of timber construction.
As it's ultimately a matter of your personal taste, we suggest that you try both ports to find which one best suits the room.
