FOR ALL OTHER USAGES
Please check that the Control dial (3) is in OFF position.
Connect the unit to the mains.
Now it is necessary to select an operating mode MAN/OFF/AUTO by the
control dial.

MANUAL MODE

Place the control dial in MAN position. The functioning LED (2) lights up.
Sweep debris towards the collection inlet (7); press the MANUAL
activation button. The unit will immediately collect all the debris into the
special bin.
Note: the MANUAL mode lets the unit working for 5 seconds. According to
the debris amount, you can press the MAN button more than once.

AUTO MODE

Place the control dial in AUTO position. The functioning LED (2) lights up.
Sweep debris towards the collection inlet (7); photocells (6) will detect
debris and automatically the unit activates collecting the debris into the
bin. The appliance stops working only when photocells don't detect debris
anymore.
Debris are collected into the special collection bin; it is necessary to empty
the collection bin as soon as the special indicator (1) lights up.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE APPLIANCE
- Before emptying the bin, please place the control dial (3) in OFF position
and then unplug the unit from the mains.
- Remove the collection bin from the main unit by the special handle (12).
- Open the collection bin cover (11) and turn the bin upside down over a
trashcan. Make sure you empty all the dirt and debris from inside and below
the bin. If necessary, please shake the bin so that all the debris comes out.
- If necessary clean air inlets and the bin by a soft cloth damped with water.
As regards the photocells, please clean them by a dry brush.
- Please close the bin by the special cover (11)
- Insert the collection bin into its original position.
IMPORTANT: for all the people suffering from allergies and/or asthma,
it is advisable to empty the collection bin outdoor (for instance staying in
the terrace).
INNER filter cleaning
In order to always grant a good performance to the product, INNER filter
(10) should be constantly cleaned. Please proceed with the cleaning also
when the suction power is not as strong as usual.
1. Place the control dial (3) in OFF position and unplug the unit from the
mains.
2. Open the collection bin and remove it from the main unit.
3. Open the filter door, turning its cover counter-clockwise to "un-lock"
position (image 3)
4. Wash the filter under running water.
IMPORTANT: before inserting the INNER filter into the collection bin,
please be sure it is well dry.
5. Put the filter into the collection bin and close the cover turning it
clockwise.
WARNING: never use the unit without INNER filter properly placed.
Outer air filter cleaning
1. In order to remove the outer filter, please slide it up (Figura 4 – nr 14)
and to insert it, just slide it down.
2. Remove the filter from its support (Figura 5-nr 15) and beat it in order
to remove excess dirt and debris.
3. If necessary, you can also wash the filter using a mild soap and water;
then rinse and dry the filter carefully before inserting it into its support
and using the appliance.
4. When you insert the filter into its support, please place the white side
facing outwards.
WARNING: never operate the appliance without the air filter properly
in its place.
Collection bin cleaning
1. Collection bin must be periodically washed
2. Please remove the INNER filter (10) first from the collection bin.
3. Wash the bin in warm water using a mild soap. Avoid harsh or abrasive
cleaners or sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry carefully before inserting
the bin into the main unit.
NEVER WASH THE COLLECTION BIN IN THE DISHWASHER.
UNIT STORING
Place the control dial (3) in OFF position and then unplug the unit from
the mains. Empty the collection bin and if necessary, clean filters.
Store the appliance in a close, clean and dry place. Never store the unit if it
is still connected to the mains.
Do not pull excessively the cable, as it can cause the cable to wear and
break.

NEVER USE THE PRODUCT ON WET SURFACES. DO NOT EXPOSE
THE APPLIANCE TO THE RAIN AND STORE IT ALWAYS INDOOR.

basins or other vessels containing water.

DISPOSAL
The device (including its removable parts and accessories) must not be
disposed of together with municipal waste at the end of its life, but in
compliance with European Directive . Since it must be handled separately
from household waste, either carry it to a separately collected waste
disposal centre for electrical and electronic appliances or give it back
to the retailer on purchasing a new device with the same purpose. Any
infringement will be severely prosecuted.
