PAUSE IMPULSE SETTING
To optimize the setting of the therapy it is important to adjust the pause impulse (knobs with flashing
lights).
The numbered notches indicate the frequency of impulse:
1 - 2 For chronic diseases
3 For generic treatments
4 - 5 For acute symptoms
It is also advisable to follow this rule:
From the first to the third session, set the frequency of the impulse on high (Pos. 1-2)
From the fourth to the sixth set the frequency on position nr. 3, if the pain is not reduced, from
the seventh session set the frequency on position 4 – 5.
The intermediate position 3 is suitable in every case without contraindications.
For prolonged therapies, such as bone fractures, treat as follows:
From the first to the third treatment set on position 2
From the fourth to the tenth set on 3
From the eleventh onwards set on position 4 – 5
The continued adjustment of the impulse, through the potentiometer, allows to lightly adjust the
frequency, gradually nearing the notch recommended for the therapy. Choosing a setting over
another does not cause any collateral effects but may require a longer treatment.
