Make sure that the hook piece on the adaptor is clamped firmly on the cross
bar and tighten the screw on the hook piece, tighten the screw connecting the
aluminum bar and the adaptor, and install the rubber strip on the aluminum bar
back into the slot of the aluminum tube. Finally, install the adaptor out cover on the
adaptor and lock it.

Note:The vertical position of the key is in the locked state, while the horizontal
position of the key is in the unlocked state.
