First, open the rubber of the aluminum bar, then loosen the screws connecting
the aluminum bar and the adaptor, and place the cross bar on the car roof. Adjust
the adaptor to a suitable position for installation. Finally, ensure that the hook on
the adaptor is firmly clamped to the bar and tighten the screws on the hook.
