Use AA Ni-MH, alkaline or lithium batteries.
Do not recharge these batteries. Charging non-rechargeable batteries causes gas and/or
heat emissions that can lead to explosions and/or fires.
Do not use different types of batteries or old batteries and new batteries together.
Insert the batteries according to the correct polarity (+ and -).
Do not let the same poles of the batteries touch each other.
Remove spent batteries promptly. Risk of the battery exploding if it is not properly
replaced or if the device is not used for a long time. Replace the battery with the same or
equivalent model.
Batteries (or battery pack or battery) must not be exposed to excessive heat, such as
sunlight, fire, etc.
Do not heat the batteries or throw them into fire or water.
Do not remove batteries with metal tongs or use metal objects such as the tip of a pen or
pliers. Avoid deforming, crushing or puncturing the batteries.
Do not dismantle the batteries.
Cover the ends of batteries with tape to prevent explosion and combustion when disposing
of them.
Please dispose of batteries in an environmentally friendly manner
Do not dispose of batteries with ordinary household waste.
When disposing of batteries, please ensure that you comply with local regulations on
battery disposal.
Switching the appliance on/off
Press the "ON/OFF/FUNCTION" button to turn the unit on.
To switch off the device, press and hold the "ON/OFF/FUNCTION" button for about 3
seconds.

Setting the clock

The device must be in standby mode to set the clock.
1.
Press the "CLOCK/PLAY/PAUSE" button for about 2 seconds.
2.
Use the "NEXT TRACK/FAST FORWARD" and "PREVIOUS TRACK/REWIND" buttons
to select the "12/24 hour" time format.
3.
Press the "CLOCK/PLAY/PAUSE" button to confirm the format.
4.
The hour digits will start flashing. Use the "NEXT TRACK/FAST FORWARD" and
"PREVIOUS TRACK/REWIND" buttons to set the hour accordingly.
5.
Press the "CLOCK/PLAY/PAUSE" button to confirm the hour.
6.
The minute digits will start flashing. Use the "NEXT TRACK/FAST FORWARD" and
"PREVIOUS TRACK/REWIND" buttons to set the minutes accordingly.
7.
Use the "NEXT TRACK/FAST FORWARD" and "PREVIOUS TRACK/REWIND" buttons
to set the minutes accordingly.
8.
Press the "CLOCK/PLAY/PAUSE" button to confirm the minutes.
