RECOMMENDATIONS
Please read through the settings below. These are recommended settings for the temperature and time
depending on your materials that we believe give the best results from sublimation pressing. You may find
alternative temperatures and times work for your personal requirements.

Sublimation paper can be used with sublimation printers or with ink jet printers that are compatible sublimation
inks.
Sublimation heat tape can be used to hold your designs in place when pressing with any of our sublimation heat
presses.
Teflon heat pressing sheets are ideal for keeping your heat press machine clean, providing a barrier between
the top platen and the design, as well as keeping your designs in place when pressing.
Vinyl cutters are great for creating heat press transfer cut outs on vinyl material for signs, T-shirts and wall art.
Print ready consumables including T-shirts, iPhone cases, mugs and jigsaw puzzles are available in a variety of
affordable bundles.
INSTALLING THE CAP PRESS
The following items are required to use the Cap Press function:
- 5 in 1 main stand with control unit, adjustable arm and handle
- Cap press plates
- Cap press element cable
1) The concave shaped cap press platen attaches to the arm
in the centre of the stand. Use the wing nuts to secure
the platen in between the two circular discs. Ensure the
element cable is positioned at the back of the 5 in 1 stand
in order to reach the control unit.
2) The convex platen sits on two central bolts attached to the
bottom of the main stand. Use the wing nuts to secure the
bolts in place.
3) The element cable needs to be attached to the control unit,
make sure to screw the metal cap that surrounds the plug
into place.
