This category contains warnings for situations that could cause serious injury, damage or
death if not avoided.
• The blades are sharp. Do not touch the blade when the product is on.
Keep fingers and hands away from the blades during cleaning and
maintenance. Always turn the product off when cleaning the area around
the blade.
• Do not immerse the product, power cord or plug in water. If water does
get in or on the product, turn the product off immediately and contact our
customer service department.
• Do not use the product if it is broken or cracked. If the surface of the
product breaks or cracks, unplug the product and contact a qualified
technician.
• To avoid electric shock, do not use the product if you suspect the power
cord or plug is damaged. A damaged power cord or plug should be
repaired or replaced by a professional (an authorized distributor).
• Do not use the product for more than 3 minutes at a time. Let the product
cool down for 10-15 minutes before turning it on again.
• Always unplug the product when left unattended and before assembly,
disassembly or cleaning.
• Do not unplug the product by pulling the power cord. This may cause fire
or electric shock.
• Do not keep blended ingredients in a sealed cup for long periods of time.
Sugars in fruits and vegetables can ferment, build up pressure in the cup
and cause the contents to expand. If you then open or move the cup, the
ingredients may burst/spill out of the cup.
• If black smoke comes out of the product, unplug it immediately. Wait
until the smoke is gone before removing the contents of the product and
contact our customer service department.
• Do not place the cable(s) on hot surfaces or near oil.
