Solutions
The unit has a large temperature range.
Switching between different temperatures
or modes like Pantry and Freezer will take
a longer duration for the temperature to
stabilize.
Contact your local electrician to test your
electrical grounding system.
The unit uses an 'auto-defrost' system,
under certain conditions, manual
defrosting may be required. If frost builds
up, you can try running the refrigerator on
a warmer temperature setting, minimizing
the number of times you open the drawer
or unplugging the unit to allow the frost to
melt.
It is normal that as each cooling cycle
ends, you may hearing ratting or gurgling
sounds caused by the flow of refrigerant
in the appliance. The high efficiency
compressor may make a pulsating or high
pitched sound.
Some popping or cracking noises are
normal. They are caused by expansion
and contraction of the inside walls due to
temperature changes.
Check to make sure the cooler is level
and that it is non in contact with another
appliance or furniture.
Make sure the appliance is on a level
surface.
Make sure the drawer gasket is properly
installed.
Clean the drawer gasket.
Install the shelves correctly.
Make sure the unit has adequate distance
away from those fire sources.
Storage time will vary depending on the
quantity of food and type of packaging
used. The freezer preset temperature mode
will not quick freeze a large quantity of
food. Place roughly 2 to 3 pounds of food
per cubic foot of freezer space. There needs
to be space in the freezer for the cold air to
circulate.
Allow hot foods to cool before packaging
and freezing.
