Troubleshooting
Solutions
Ensure the appliance is plugged in and the
power outlet has power.
Turn on the appliance.

Adjust the set temperature.
Keep the appliance away from sunshine or
other heat sources.
Close the drawer tightly and do not open
the drawer too frequently or for a long
period of time.

Open space in the cabinet to allow air flow.
It may take a few hours for each zone to
reach the desired temperature.
If the unit was stored on its side, shift the
unit to stand upright for 24 hours before
powering on. If it was stored for a long
period of time, it will take time for the unit
to reach set temperatures.
Make sure the correct preset temperature
setting is selected. Pantry mode would be a
lot warmer than Freezer mode.
The unit may take up to 24 hours to reach
set temperature.
Run the refrigerator at the appropriate
ambient temperature.
Ensure the drawer gasket is not loose.
Close the drawer tightly and do not open
the drawer too frequently or for a long
period of time.
