5.1.1 Lubricate the product
Caution! Do not put too much oil in the lubricator.
Caution! Use only lubricants applicable for the
product.
Lubricate the product before each use or every hour if
the product is used continuously.
1
Remove the screw with a screwdriver. (Figure 2)
2
Put 1–2 drops of oil inside the container before
each use.
5.2 To operate the product
Caution! If the product stops during operation, do
not increase the output pressure of the air compressor
more than 90 PSI. Pressure above 90 PSI will wear the
workpiece and cause damage the product. It can cause
serious injury. Use other applicable methods and tools to
tighten the nut.
Caution! Wait until the product has stopped before
you change the rotation to the opposite direction.
● Stop the operation if the product does not operate
correctly or there is an air leakage. Repair the product
before you operate it again.
● Do not use oxygen, combustible gas or any other
bottled gas as a power source. Any power source
other than an air compressor can cause an explosion
and serious personal injury.
● Stop the product and release the remaining air
pressure after each use or before you adjust or leave
the product.
● Always monitor the product when it is connected to
the air supply.
● Always wear approved safety glasses to protect the
eyes during operation of the air compressor.
1
Tighten the fasteners by hand as far as you can.
2
Connect the air hose to the product.
3
Turn the valve knob (F/R) to adjust the power of
the rotation. Turn it clockwise to increase the
power and counter-clockwise to decrease it.
(Figure 3)
4
Turn the knob (F/R) and set it to an applicable
setting 1–5. 1 is the lowest and 5 the strongest.
5
Push the valve pin to the left (F) to set the rotation
clockwise and push the valve pin to the right (R) to
set the rotation counter-clockwise.
6
Put the socket over the fastener, for example the
head of the screw or the nut. Hold the product
tightly with both hands and pull the trigger. The
product will start as soon as the trigger is pulled.
Note! The product will stop the operation some seconds
after the trigger is released.
7
When the fastener is tightened, release the trigger.
8
Use a mechanical torque wrench to check the
torque.
9
Stop the compressor and disconnect the air hose.
Release the remaining air in the compressor tank.
6
