Discard
● Make sure that you follow local regulations when you
discard the product. Do not burn the product.

Possible cause
Some motor parts are worn.
Some motor parts are jammed or
the airflow is blocked.
The air regulator is in close
position.
Some parts are damaged or
worn.
The o-ring of the throttle valve is
not correctly positioned in the
inlet valve seat.
The trigger mechanism is
jammed or dirty.
The air hose connected has
incorrect dimensions.
There is leakage in the air hose.
There is moisture or restriction in
the air hose or tank.
The compressor is not applicable
for the product.
Task
Refer to an approved service center
to repair the product.
Do a check of the inlet filter for
blockage.
Put oil into the air inlet. Refer to "5.1.1
Lubricate the product" on page 9
Start the product in short sequence
to clear the debris.
Do a check of the air regulator.
Refer to an approved service center
to repair the product.
Replace the throttle valve o-rings.
Clean the trigger mechanism and
lubricate it.
Do a check of the air hose and
replace with the correct air hose.
Do a check if there is any leakage
and repair it before you operate the
product.
Release the air in the sytem and
drain the tank of air and water.
Do a check of the compatibility of the
compressor and the product.
