2.1 Unpacking

• Before unpacking your product, check the packaging and make note of
any damage.
• If you notice any damage, please contact your supplier.
• If there is no damage, make sure that the package contents are not
missing anything.
• If the package contents are missing something, please contact your
supplier.
• Do not lift the S or X Cruiser out of the packaging by the wheel covers

2.2 Recording the serial numbers

Note
The serial number is unique. It is important for a potential warranty
claim and is needed to report in case of loss or theft.
• The serial number is found on the type plate attached to the product.
The serial number is arranged as follows:
F-Cruiser: 91XXXXXX
X-Cruiser: 92XXXXXX
S-Cruiser: 93XXXXXX
U-Scooter: 94XXXXXX
• Write down the serial number. Keep this information separate from the
product in a secure location.
