ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards.
1. Insert the screws on the 3 in. Casters (5) through the bottom holes in the Base Frame (4). (Fig. 1)
NOTE: The casters with brakes should be
installed on the short ends of the base frame.
2. Insert the M10 Tube Nuts (8) through the top
holes in the base frame and tighten with 6 mm
Hex Wrench (12) and 16 mm Wrench (16).
3. Install the base frame end covers onto the
ends of the base frame legs and press
tightly to lock in place. (Fig. 1)
4. Install the Support Frame (3) onto the base
frame as shown, paying attention to the
front and rear orientation. The front of the
support frame should face
towards the longer ends
of the base frame legs.
Insert four M6 Bolts (11)
through the holes and
fasten with M6 Washers
(10) and M6 Lock Nuts (9)
using the two 10 mm
Wrenches (14). (Fig. 2)
5. Remove the Tool Tray
Frame (2) from the
underside of the Tool Tray
(1) by twisting the retainer
towards the "ON" position
and sliding the tool tray
frame off. (Fig. 3)
6. Install the tool tray frame
onto the support frame
assembly as shown.
Fasten using two M6
Screws (7), M6 washers
and M6 lock nuts. (Fig. 4)
7. Install the 2 in. Casters (6)
onto the bottom of the tool
tray, in each corner and
tighten with the 14 mm
Wrench (15). (Fig. 5)
