• No warranty for any damage can be accepted if the appli-
ance is used for improper purpose, wrongly operated or
unprofessionally repaired. In such a case, any warranty
claim is void.
• Only operate appliance below the nose line: never use on
eyebrows, eyelids, forehead, ears or temples.
• Never use appliance on genitals, anus or nipples.
• Never look straight into the light source. Protect other per-
sons and animals from looking into the light source.
• Do not use the appliance if skin tone is darker than type 3.
• Do not use the appliance during pregnancy!
• This appliance is intended for the removal of hair roots with
the aid of class 1M laser radiation.
• Appliance with class 1M laser: Safe for intended use. The
laser beam may NOT be concentrated or expanded by optical
instruments.
• Do not use this appliance near the water (bath-tubs, wash-
basins, etc.) nor expose it to rain or other humidity.
• Should however the appliance fall into water, only take it out
after pulling the plug. Do not use the appliance anymore. It
has to be checked by an authorized service department first.

Contraindications

• Anyone who has recently been treated with the following:
Alpha-Hydroxy, Topical retinoids, BHAs Retin-A®, Acids
AHAs®, azelaic acid Accutane.
• Anyone with the following conditions: skin malignancy or
skin cancer; photosensitive skin; skin infections or other
dermatological conditions or diseases, such as psoriasis;
skin conditions triggered by heat, such as herpes simplex.
• Do not use the device on skin areas that underwent surgery,
any other medical treatment, or exfoliation during the past
three months, or if the treated area is still healing.
• Do not use the device if you are allergic to hydroquinone or
other skin-whitening substances.
• Using the device may cause slight tingling sensation, smells
can occur – this means that the beam «hit» the follicle.
However, if the use of the device is accompanied by pain, a
burning sensation, a burn, swelling of the skin or any other
unusual reaction, stop using the device.
