5. a. For old panel – Place the phase barrier [11] in position
between the bus bars on the interior. Place the crossover
barrier [12] over the copper crossover plate (under the
circuit breaker between the mounting brackets).
b. For new panel with MB331WB, MB334WB, MB335WB or
MB336WB – Place the phase barrier [17] around the
b-phase bus bar and it will fit between the bus support
and the circuit breaker.
6. a. For old panel – Place the circuit breaker in position in the
interior with the ON position up. Secure the upper mount-
ing bracket [9] to the neutral assembly bracket in the inte-
rior with #10-32 x 3/8 screws [3]. Tighten to 27–36 in-lb.
b. For new panel with MB331WB, MB334WB, MB335WB or
MB336WB – Replace the bracket [9] with [16] in the circuit
breaker assembly. Mount [16] on the interior rails with
#10-32 x 3/8 screws [3]. Tighten to 27–36 in-lb.
7. Place two connection straps [10] on A and C phase of the load
side of the circuit breaker for MB335WB, MB336WB and on all
the three poles for MB331WB, MB334WB with screw [7] and
belleville washer [8]. The hole on the other end of the strap
should sit over the studs on the interior bus bars. Tighten [7]
to 100–120 in-lb.
8. Place two or three 5/16-18 nuts [2] on the studs over the
connection straps and tighten to 100–120 in-lb.
9. Place the appropriate shield insert [1] over the shield, lining up
the four same-size holes. Secure with four #10-32 x 3/8 screws
[3] tightened to 27–36 in-lb. Attach the MAIN label [15] to the
front of the shield insert.
10. Reattach the shield to the interior with the eight screws
removed in Step 2. Tighten the screws to 27–36 in-lb.
5. a. Pour le vieux panneau – Placer la barrière de phase [11]
en position entre les barres ominibus sur l'intérieur. Placer
la barrière de croisement [12] par dessus la plaque de
croisement de cuivre (sous le disjoncteur entre les
ferrures de montage).
b. Pour le nouveau panneau avec MB331WB, MB334WB,
MB335WB ou MB336WB – Placez la barrière de phase [17]
autour de la barre omnibus de phase et elle s'adaptera
entre l'appui d'autobus et le briseur.
6. a. Pour le vieux panneau – Placer le disjoncteur en position
dans l'intérieur avec la position ON en haut. Fixez le
support supérieur [9] à la parenthèse neutre d'assemblée
dans l'intérieur avec vis #10-32 x 3/8 [3]. Resserrer à
27–36 po-lb.
b. Pour le nouveau panneau avec MB331WB, MB334WB,
MB335WB ou MB336WB – Remplacez la support [9] par [16]
dans le briseur. Montez [16] sur les rails intérieurs avec des
vis de #10-32 x 3/8 [3]. Resserrer à 27–36 po-lb.
7. Placez deux courroies de raccordement avec [10] la phase de A
et de C du côté de charge du briseur pour MB335WB ou
MB336WB et sur tous les trois poteaux pour MB331WB ou
MB334WB la vis [7] et la rondelle de belleville [8]. Le trou sur
l'autre fin de la courroie devrait se reposer au-dessus des
goujons sur les barres omnibus intérieures. Resserrer à
100–120 po-lb.
8. Placer deux ou trois écrous 5/16-18 [2] sur les goujons
par dessus les courroies de connexion et resserrer à
100–120 po-lb.
9. Placer le rajout du garde approprié [1] par dessus le garde, en
alignant les quatre ouvertures de mêmes dimensions. Fixer
avec quatre vis #10-32 x 3/8 [3] resserrées à 27–36 po-lb.
Attacher l'étiquette MAIN [15] au devant du rajout d garde.
10. Rattacher le garde à l'intérieur avec les huit vis retirées à
l'étape 2. Resserrer les vis à 27–36 po-lb.
