beverage. When the desired volume is reached, release
your finger. Two beeps will sound to indicate that the milk
volume has been saved.
STEP 2 : When the COFFEE starts flowing into your cup
continuously, press and hold the button for the selected
beverage again. The machine will continue preparing
the beverage. When the desired volume is reached, release
your finger. Two beeps will sound to indicate that the
coffee volume has been saved.
If you wish to change the volume settings, repeat the
procedure and the old setting will be automatically deleted.
To return to the factory settings, see 6.2 Selecting the mode.
4.10 Daily quick cleaning
To prolong the life of your machine, we recommend that you
rinse the coffee and milk circuits daily as follows:
1. Place a cup under the spout
2. Press the Milk Foam button
3. The water will clean the coffee bean grinder and pass
through the spout.
4. The machine will dispense the equivalent of one cup of
coffee in water. It will stop automatically.
TIPS: If you wish to stop the process sooner, press the
'Milk Foam' button again during the operation.
5. DAILY CLEANING OF THE MACHINE
5.1 Daily cleaning of the machine
Timely cleaning and maintenance of the machine is very
important to prolong the life of the machine.
IMPORTANT : Run the manual rinse cycle
AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. See section 5.2.1 Coffee circuit
rinse/manual rinse cycle.
5.1.1 Daily cleaning: Drip tray

Empty and clean the drip trays every day.
1. Remove the external drip tray.
2. Empty the water inside the drip tray into the sink and
rinse it with clean water. Then dry it.
3. Slide out the inner drip tray and the coffee grounds
container.
4. Empty the coffee grounds container and wash it with
clean water. Then dry it. Put the coffee grounds container
back into the inner drip tray. Put the external drip tray
back in its original position..

5.1.2 Daily cleaning: Percolator
1. Press lightly on the bottom of the service door on the side
of the machine to open it.
2. Remove the service door (10) from the machine.
3. Press the orange release buttons on the side to remove
the percolator. Wash it with clean water, and then dry it.
4. Use the cleaning brush (12) (included with the coffee
machine) to clean the coffee grounds outlet channel.
5. Put the percolator and the service door back in their
original positions.
