Operation mode DEG (SMS-300 / DT-3xx only)
The operation mode DEG can be selected by pressing the Mode
button and is shown on the display. Using this mode it is possible
to delay the flashes which are triggered by external signals. In this
case the resolution bears 1°, based on a complete signal cycle of
360°.
The delay can be adjusted by turning the central knob.
Operation mode mSEC
The operation mode mSEC corresponds to the delay function DEG, but the phase shift is shown in the actual
delay time in milliseconds instead of in degrees.
Synchronous Output signal
General remarks
The synchronous output signal enables to operate more than one stroboscope simultaneously in order to light
up larger areas of objects, or to illuminate a second object at the same frequence. It is possible to light up any
large surface by chaining several stroboscopes.
