«PASS» or «FAIL» appears on the display (4).
«PASS»: If the test has been successfully completed, the LED indicator (6) lights up green. The
measured resistance (in MΩ) and «PASS» appear successively on the display (4).
«FAIL»: If the test fails, the LED indicator (6) flashes red if the value is too high or yellow if the
value is too low and an acoustic signal sounds. The measured resistance value (in MΩ) and
«FAIL» appear successively on the display (4).
5.2 Footwear test
Press the test selector button (7) 2 times. Only the LED indicator (5) lights up.
The user should stand on the footwear electrode to test conductive footwear.
Press with the finger on the button electrode (9) until the test has been completed, i.e. until

«FAIL»: If the test fails, the LED indicator (5) flashes red if the value is too high or yellow if the
value is too low and an acoustic signal sounds. The measured resistance value (in MΩ) of the
respective shoe and «FAIL» appear successively on the display (4).
5.3 Wrist strap and footwear test
Press the test selector buttons (7 and / or 8) until the LED indicators (5+6) light up.
Stand on the footwear electrode and connect the connecting cable of the wrist strap into the

will light up successively and show which object is being tested.
«PASS»: If the test has been successfully completed, the LED indicator (6) lights up green. The
measured resistance (in MΩ) of the respective object and «PASS» appear successively on the
display (4).
«FAIL»: If the test fails, the LED indicator (6) flashes red if the value is too high or yellow if the
value is too low and an acoustic signal sounds. The measured resistance value (in MΩ) of the
