Possible Cause
The Dirty Water Tank is not properly installed�
The sealing plugs in the Dirty Water Tank are not installed
properly�
The Station cannot drain water normally�
The suction port of the Mop Washing Tray is blocked by
foreign objects, or the Mop Washing Tray is dirty�
The voice alert still exists after trying the above solutions�
The Mopping Pad Plate is entangled or stuck due to foreign
objects�
The Mopping Pad Plate drops off�
Solution
Tap down on the Dirty Water Tank to ensure it is properly installed�
Make sure that the two sealing plugs are properly installed�
Press and hold
, and wait for the Mop Washing Tray to
automatically add water� Then, press and hold
Station can drain water normally� If this issue occurs during the
Station's mopping pad washing process, please end the task via
the App before taking the above steps� If the water is successfully
drained, wipe-dry the Water Overflow Sensor of the Mop Washing
Tray� If not, check between the Dirty Water Tank and the Station for
foreign objects and clear them out�
Clean the Mop Washing Tray, and ensure there are no foreign
objects blocking its suction port�
Power cycle the Station� If this issue persists, please contact
customer service for assistance�
Clear the foreign objects�
Reinstall it and make sure it clicks into place�
