DIAMOND GRINDING WHEELS
Always select a type of diamond grinding wheel suitable
for the specif c material to be grinded. Make sure the dia-
mond grinding wheel is rotating in the correct direction.
Only use diamond grinding wheels which meet the follo-
wing statements:

Ø 450mm 2,8 mm
Ø 540mm 2,6 mm
MAINTENANCE
Generally it can be put that regular main-
tenance (checking, cleaning, oiling) has a
positive effect on the safety for the operator
and the lifetime of the machinery.
The W5421 needs very little maintenance.
The recommended maintenance and intervals are men-
tioned in the table below.

When the slidingfoil experience a lot of friction, these can
be lubricated with formwork oil or simular alternatives.
Replace the slidingfoil only when they are wear out.
WARRENTY
For this product is a warranty period of 12 months appli-
cable from the date of delivery . Guarantee claims has to
be proved by showing the purchase invoice. Guarantee

The guarantee includes the repair of defects which have
occurred and can be linked by to material or manufactu-
ring faults. Transport costs for the equipment from and to
the client are to be paid by the client. Travel- and housing
costs for repair personnel on site are to be paid by the
client.
Not covered by guarantee defects caused:
- by incorrect use or connection.
- machine overload.
- incorrect or bad maintenance.
- not properly following the information from the manual.
- the machine is used by unqualif ed personel.
- if the machine is used for purposes not suitable.
- the machine is repaired using unoriginal parts.
- if the machine encryption is damaged or deleted.
- if defects are caused by f re, damp and/or transport.
