Unpacking
This product has been shipped completely assembled.
● Carefully remove the unit and any accessories from the box.
● Inspect the compressor and tools carefully to make sure no
breakage or damage occurred during shipping.
● Do not discard the packing material until you have carefully
inspected and satisfactorily operated the compressor.

WARNING: If any parts are missing do not
operate the compressor until the missing parts
are replaced. Failure to do so could result in
possible serious personal injury.
WARNING: Do not attempt to modify
this compressor or create accessories not
recommended for use with this compressor. Any
such alteration or modification is misuse and
could result in a hazardous condition leading to
possible serious personal injury.
CAUTION: Do not lift compressor from telescopic
handle.
Attaching Hose
● The quick coupling supplied with the unit is universal type and
accepts the three most popular styles of quick connect plugs:
Industrial, Automotive and ARO. One hand push-to-connect
operation makes connections simple and easy. The two quick
connect bodies allow the use of two tools at the same time.
● Insert the hose into the quick coupler already installed
on the compressor (Fig. C).
WARNING: Do not attach any tools to the open
end of the hose until breaking in of the pump has
been completed.
● Firmly grasp the open end of the hose; hold facing away
from yourself and others.

Breaking in the Pump
● Check and tighten all fittings.
● Turn the pressure regulator knob (Fig. C) fully clockwise
to open the air flow.
● Place the switch in the OFF (O) position (Fig. D) and
plug in the power cord.

● Open the drain valve completely.

● Turn the air compressor ON ( l ) and run the air compressor
for 10 minutes to break in pump parts.
● Place the switch in the OFF (O) position.
● Close the drain valve.
