5. Cleaning and care

Only use cleaning materials recommanded by Duravit. Cleaning materi-
als offer than those recommended by Duravit can cause damage to the
bath and whirlpool.

DISINFECTION OF ThE whIRLSySTEM

Duravit Whirlpools feature full system drainage. After the water has
drained, the air nozzles also dry the bathtub and tubes (only Combi L).
Thereby for about two minutes the blower cleans up the pipes of water
residua.
When the whirlpool is not in use for a longer period we recommend the
use of disinfectant to ensure complete disinfection.
If you have selected the optional module UV hygiene management, the
water is automatically exposed to UV radiation when activating the jet
nozzles thus preventing the formation of bacteria and germs. Therefore,
the jet nozzles should run minimum two to three minutes when having
a bath.

Surface cleaning
Clean the surface with a soft cloth and soapy water. Do not use abrasive
cleaning liquids. For removing stains we advise using the Duravit care kit
for acrylic surfaces (see picture I).
More resistant stains can also be removed with warm water and a mild,
liquid detergent or soap sud. After treatment rinse with clear water.
Damage
Scratches and other superficial damage can be corrected using the Du-
ravit care and maintenance kit for acrylic surfaces (see picture II).

wOODEN INLayS

Clean the wooden inlays after each bath with water and stand up the
inlay to let dry. Do not use any aggressive cleaning agent, particularly no

6. Error correction

1. Close the air regulator by turning clockwise until stop.
2. Replace water until clear.
