Introduction
Before beginning installation or maintenance, please read this manual to ensure correct use of
the product. Keep the manual in a safe place for future reference.
The FP46UC steam trap (connector body unit F46 or former connector body unit F32* and steam
trap unit P46UC) with thermostatic air vent, can be used without adjustment for medium capacity
applications between 0.03 and 4.6 MPaG (5 and 650 psig), such as steam mains, tracers, and
coils. The trap discharges condensate at a temperature slightly lower than saturation
temperature.
* Configuration of F32 differs slightly from that of F46

Bitte lesen Sie die Betriebsanleitung vor Einbau und Inbetriebnahme sorgfältig durch und
bewahren Sie sie für späteren Gebrauch an einem leicht zugänglichen Ort auf, um einen
einwandfreien Betrieb des Kondensatableiters (KA) sicherzustellen.
Der thermodynamische Kondensatableiter FP46UC (bestehend aus Universal-Anschlussstück F46
bzw. älterem Universalanschlussstück F32* und Kondensatableiter P46UC) mit thermischem
Entlüfter, kann ohne besondere Druckeinstellung für mittlere Anlagengrößen zwischen 0,3 und 46
bar ü eingesetzt werden. Er eignet sich besonderers für Anwendugen, bei denen Kondensat mit
geringer Unterkühlung unter Sattdampftemperatur abgeleitet werden soll, insbesondere zur
Leitungsentwässerung und für Begleitheizungen.
* Formgebung von F32 weicht von F46 etwas ab
1 bar = 0,1 MPa

Le purgeur de vapeur FP46UC (unité de raccord F46 ou la précédente F32* et purgeur de vapeur

condensât à une température légèrement inférieure à la température de saturation, telles les
conduites de vapeur, les lignes de traçage et les serpentins.
