 NOTE
o
CAUTION: the heating base, the pot, sieves and the forks may become very hot during use.
o
Using the appliance without water in the pot will damage it.
o
When the appliance is switched on, the "HEAT" indicator light turns on. If you switch to
"HIGH", this lamp will also remain on constantly while the appliance works with full power.
Once the water is boiling, turn the switch counterclockwise to set the required cooking tem-
perature (between "MEDIUM" and "LOW"). The indicator light will turn off once the setted

o
The temperature indicator light that switches on and off during the cooking process indicates
that the temperature dropped below the selected setting and is getting reheated to keep the
temperature of the soup constant.
o
When the appliance is switched to "HIGH", the water shivers after about 5 minutes and it
takes about 20 minutes for it to boil, depending on your location.
o
If the water is not boiling after more than 25 minutes, please turn off the appliance first and
check if the pot is properly seated in the heating base.
