3. HANDLING
This section provides important information about maintenance and stor-
ing the Holder for Backup Pump Drive .
3.1. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
To maintain reliable functionality and prevent infection, contamination,
or malfunction, the Holder for Backup Pump Drive must be cleaned and
checked for intactness before each use .
For disinfection, use a medical grade disinfectant, such as:
• Bacilol Plus
• Incidin Schaum
• Meliseptol

Further approved cleaning solutions can be found in the console Instruc-
tions for Use .
Maintenance of the Holder for Backup Pump Drive is recommended as
part of the console's maintenance interval . If any problem occurs, contact
the manufacturer .
3.2. STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Store and transport the Holder for Backup Pump Drive in clean and dry
condition .
