    Sicherheitshinweise – bitte aufmerksam lesen! 1.1. NO-MIX und MIX-Bracketadhäsive • Medizinprodukte sorgfältig aufbewahren, empfohlene Lagertemperatur: 5 °C bis 15 °C im Kühlschrank. Verarbeitung bei Raumtemperatur, bitte mindestens 30 Minuten vor Verarbeitung das Adhäsiv aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen, um eine Angleichung des Adhäsives an die Raumtemperatur (max. 25 °C) zu gewährleisten. •...

    1.5. Grundierer für Kunststoffbrackets Intensiver oder wiederholter Hautkontakt ist zu vermeiden. Sollte ein Hautkontakt stattfinden, die entsprechende Fläche gründlich mit Wasser und Seife waschen. Kontakt kann zu Hautreizun- gen führen. Auf gut durchlüftete Räume achten. Achtung: Grundierer nicht dem direkten Sonnenlicht aussetzen! Maximale Lagertemperatur 25 °C.
  • Page 6 2.4. Schmelzätzung Die Schmelzätzung erfolgt mit dem Ätzgel. Durch die selektive Löslichkeit der Schmelzprismen entsteht ein charakteristisches Oberflächenrelief mit Mikrospalten von durchschnittlich 20 μm Tiefe. Die stark vergrößerte und aufgeraute Oberfläche bietet dem Adhäsiv genügend Retentionsmöglichkeiten für eine innige mechanische Verzahnung. Das Ätzgel nicht wischend, sondern tupfend auftragen.

    2.7. Bracket-Positionierung und Einligieren des Bogens Das mit Adhäsiv versehene Bracket mit einer Klemmpinzette (z.B. REF 025-277-00) unter leichtem Druck auf die vorbereitete Schmelzfläche aufsetzen und ausrichten. Innerhalb von 15 Sekunden Bracketposition nochmals kontrollieren und gegebenenfalls justieren. Dann das Bracket fest auf die Zahnoberfläche andrücken, so dass überschüssiges Adhäsiv an den Rändern austritt.

NO-MIX Einkomponenten-Bracketadhäsiv 4.1. Indikation und Eigenschaften NO-MIX ist ein Paste/Flüssigkeits-Adhäsiv und dient dem Befestigen von Metall-, Keramik- und Kunststoffbrackets.

    4.4. Applikation der Adhäsivpaste und Einligieren des Bogens • A dhäsivpaste mit einem Spatel oder einer Spritze direkt auf die Bracketbasis auftragen. Mit der Spritze kann die Adhäsivpaste punktuell und exakt dosiert werden. Ein Nachfließen des Adhäsives wird durch den Einsatz einer Drosselfunktion vermieden. • Eine Kontamination der Adhäsivpaste mit dem Aktivator ist zu vermeiden. • D as Bracket wird unter leichtem Druck auf dem Zahn positioniert und kann noch innerhalb von ca. 15 Sekunden korrigiert werden. Danach ist es fest anzudrücken. Neben der Bracketbasis austretendes Adhäsiv ist mit einem Scaler (z.B.

    MIX Zweikomponenten-Bracketadhäsiv 5.1. Indikation und Eigenschaften Mix ist ein Bracketadhäsiv, welches aus einer Aktivatorpaste (A) und einer Katalysatorpaste (B) besteht, die im Verhältnis 1 : 1 angemischt werden. Das Adhäsiv hat eine sehr weiche Konsistenz mit genügender Fließfähigkeit, um eine gute Haftkraft zu erreichen, jedoch aber ausreichend hohe Viskosität, um Brackets ohne Wegrutschen zu platzieren.

A characteristic surface relief with 20 µm deep crevices is obtained through selective dissolution of the enamel prism. This results in an increased surface area due to roughening and permits intimate mechanical interlocking with the adhesive.

Bracket positioning and ligation of the arch wire Apply adhesive to the bracket and use a clamping tweezer (e.g. REF 025-277-00), seat the bracket on the prepared enamel surface exerting light pressure. Within 15 seconds, recheck the position of the bracket and adjust if necessary. Press the bracket onto the tooth surface so that any excess adhesive squeezes out from the edges.

    MIX two-component bracket adhesive 5.1. Indications and characteristics Mix is a bracket adhesive consisting of an activating paste (A) and catalyst paste (B) which are mixed in a ratio of 1 : 1. The material is of a very soft consistency with sufficient flowing ability to achieve a good bonding strength, however, with enough viscosity to allow the brackets to be positioned without drifting.

    Colle à deux composants MIX pour brackets 5.1. Indications et propriétés MIX est une colle pour brackets, composée d’une pâte d’activation (A) et d’une pâte à effet catalyseur (B), à mélanger à parts égales ( 1 : 1 ). Adhesivos NO-MIX y MIX para pegar brackets: • Productos de medicina, conservar cuidadosamente, temperatura de almacenaje recomendada: 5 hasta 15 ºC en el frigorífico. Manipulación a temperatura ambiente, sacar el adhesivo del frigorífico como mínimo 30 minutos antes de su manipulación, para poder garantizar con ello una aclimatación del adhesivo a la temperatura ambiente (máx.

    1.5. Imprimador para brackets de plástico Se debe evitar un contacto intensivo o repetitivo con la piel. Si existe un contacto con la piel, lavar profundamente con agua y jabón la superficie correspondiente. El contacto puede producir irritaciones en la piel. Prestar atención a la ventilación del local. Atención: ¡No poner la imprimación bajo el efecto directo de la luz solar! Máxima temperatura de almacenaje 25 ºC.
  • Page 56 2.3. Secado Esencial para el éxito de la técnica adhesiva, es un entorno de trabajo seco, limpio y claro. Para la mayoría de los pacientes es suficiente un secado relativo con algodón. Para cementados directos de mayor escala se requiere el secado absoluto con la ayuda de dique de caucho. Esto sobre todo si la secreción de saliva es intensa o si se tienen unas condiciones generales de trabajo desfavorables.

    2.6.1. Pegar brackets de plástico Al utilizar los adhesivos NO-MIX y MIX se deberá utilizar el imprimador (REF 163-500-00) para brackets de plástico Elegance . El imprimador crea una unión química entre el bracket de plástico ® y el adhesivo. Instrucción de manejo: Aplique usted una capa de imprimación fina y regular sobre la base del bracket con el pincel que se encuentra en la tapa.

    Adhesivo MIX de dos componentes para pegar brackets 5.1. Indicación y propiedades MIX es un adhesivo para pegar brackets, que está compuesto por una pasta de activador (A) y una pasta de catalizador (B), los cuales se mezclan en una proporción 1 : 1. El adhesivo tiene una consistencia muy blanda con una capacidad de fluidez suficiente para alcanzar una buena fuerza de adherencia, no obstante con una alta viscosidad suficiente para poder posicionar los brackets, sin que éstos se desplacen o resbalen.

    Consigli per il debonding – Leggere attentamente! Il debonding degli attacchi deve sempre essere eseguito con molta cautela! I resti di collante possono essere eliminati con uno strumento di utilità (ad. es. REF 027-349-00) o con una fresa in tungsteno (REF 123-603-00 o 123-604-00) a basso numero di giri (No./giri consigliato 40.000 min ), campo operativo asciutto e flusso d‘aria continuo.

    NO-MIX Collante monocomponente 4.1. Indicazioni e caratteristiche Trattasi di collante pasta/liquido indicato per l‘incollaggio di brackets in metallo, in ceramica ed in plastica. La polimerizzazione viene attivata con la pressione, eliminando in tal modo i tempi di miscelazione. Per evitare possibili distacchi dello smalto durante il debonding, il distacco dovrà avvenire nello spazio tra bracket e collante.
