Fitting Instructions for RAD0116 Radiator Guards

To fit the lower radiator guard

Cut the foam strip provided into 10mm wide pieces and stick them to the back of both radiator guard frames,
so that they sit between the radiator guard and the radiator.

From underneath the lower radiator guard undo and loosen the two bolts arrowed in picture 1.

Place the lower radiator guard into position so the upper mounting flanges fit between the radiator and the
spacers as shown in picture 1.

Use the bolt and nut from kit secure the lower mount as shown in picture 2.

In This Kit There Should Be
2x Radiator Guards (upper and lower).
4x 100mm Lengths of self-adhesive Foam.
1 x M6 nyloc nut.
1x M6 Washer
1 x M6x35mm long button headed bolt.
