2. TESTER OPERATION AND ATTENTION
*Please read all safety information to avoid causing injury to the operator or device breakage.
*Please wear safety goggles when operation.
This bench is for use with FACOM E.6000 sensors to allow calibration of the torque.
Torque wrench capacity is up to 1000 Nm.
3. INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
BENCH SETUP
• Work in a room between 18 and 28 degrees C, +/- 1 degree.
• Ensure work area is clear, stable and fl at.
• Adjust the bench feet to ensure level operation.

SENSOR INSTALLATION

• Check the capacity of the torque wrench.
• Connect the sensors at least 10 minutes before use. (Allows the temperature to stabilise).
• Choose the proper sensor or adaptor, and make sure all screws fastened to the specifi ed tightening torque.
• Position the sensors, ensuring they are always in the same direction.
• Before starting the sensor must be at 0°C (without mounted tips, without constraints).
