4.1 Changing the batteries of the remote control
How to change batteries
• Always keep batteries away from children. Immediately call a doctor,
if a battery has been swallowed.
• In case of replacing the wrong batteries, you risk explosions.
• Only use type CR 2430.
• Batteries must always be packed for storage or disposal. Otherwise
batteries may be discharged or ignited and/or damaged when in
contact with metal parts.
• Discharged or damaged batteries must always be
disposed of in accordance with the applicable laws.
When in doubt, contact your environmental authorities
or your waste collection points.
• Do not dispose of batteries in your household waste.
• Used batteries must be disposed of correctly.
1. Open the cover.
2. Remove used batteries, insert new batteries and position them the
same way the used ones were positioned.
Mind the correct poles (+/-)!
4.2 How to replace the LED strip
• Disconnect the power supply lines and secure them against
unintended reconnection.
• Unscrew the 4 screws on the slide, remove the slide housing
and loosen the contacts.
• Remove the defective LED strip and clean the contacts from
any adhesive residues.
• Refit the new LED strip.
• Reconnect the power supply lines and turn them on again.
Only use LED strips approved by GLATZ!
