2.1.6 Assembly of the mounting adapters for the connecting pieces
After having fitted and secured all connecting pieces in the mounting
adapters, they are mounted to the slide housing using the supplied
KA30 / Ø3.0 × 8 screws (siehe 3. Bild unter
2.1.7 Assembly of the slide housing
a) ATTENTION: Make sure that you do not catch the cables or approach
the mounting screws. Otherwise you risk damaging the cables and
energising the slide and/or pole.
Proceed as follows:
b) Position the slide housing in such a way that the half moon of the
housing is in the centre of the position of the crank hole or the
emergency release of the motor variant.
c) Take two 60 × 35 Torx screws, insert them in the rear boreholes of the
slide provided for this purpose and tighten them by 2 – 3 turns. Make
sure not to catch the cables between the screws and the plastic
parts.
- You could use a thin bent wire to bring the cables to the desired
position.
- Now carefully tighten the 60 × 35 Torx screws.
d) Take two more 60 × 20 Torx screws, fasten them at the front part (half
moon) of the slide and tighten them. Before doing so, you must check
whether there are cables at the mounting hole. If this is the case, you
must remove them, if necessary.

2.2 Commissioning
After having completely installed and connected the sunshade, all
options must undergo a functional check according to the chapter 3
«How to operate».
