INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Before the fi rst use of the device you must remove protection foil from all surfaces and wash the device with
moist cleaning cloth dipped in the water with detergent. Than dry it with cloth.
The bath is fi lled with water through the supply valve, which is located on the front panel. The bath must be
fi lled slowly for the fi rst time, because the water system contains air and the water may spurt violently through
the fi ll arm. Fill the device with water not higher than the line on the side. Switch on with knob (A) turn the knob
(A) from the position „0" to required position between 30°C - 110°C. Pilot lamp (B) will light. Pilot lamp (B)
lights when the device is in electricity. Pilot lamp (C) lights when the thermo spirals are on. Pilot lamp (C) goes
out when the device reaches required temperature. Switch the device off by turning the knob (A) into position
„0". Control the level of the water, never use the device without water. Use the device under supervision. The
device must be fully occupied with the gastrobowls.
DISCHARGING OF THE BATH
Discharge the bath when the water is cold and the device is disconnected from the electricity. User must have
convenient bowl for discharging the bath.This bowl must be made from heat-resistantmaterial. Put the bowl
in the safe place to prevent discharging water from splashing. Splashing can cause the danger. Put on the
dischargingpipe, open the safery catch by turning it up and turn the lever into position marked as opening
of the cock. Discharge the bath only when the water is cold.The water is drained from the bath through a
release valve, which is located inside the base. The waste pipe outlet is below the equipment and the water
is drained straight onto the ground. There is a "G1" thread at the end of the pipe, to which additional waste
pipe can be connected.
