ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
This IC/AT fixture is intended for use in recessed
cavities or suspended ceilings (with or without
insulation). Choose the location for the fixture,
taking into consideration the location of the joists, the
7-1/2 in. depth clearance and electrical supply.
2.
Cut a 4-7/16 in. hole in the ceiling.
A template (D) is provided to assist with laying out the
hole location.
3.
When running the supply wire(s), allow an additional
18 in. of wire at each installation in order to make the
electrical connections on the room side of the ceiling
hole.
Remove the Junction Box Screws (F) holding the
Junction Box Cover (E). Pass the supply wire(s)
through the appropriate knockout hole on Junction
Box (C). Make the electrical connections to fit inside
Junction Box (C) following the ELECTRICAL
CONNECTIONS on page 3 under SAFETY
INFORMATION. Make sure all connections are
secure, tuck all wires inside Junction Box (C) and
reinstall Junction Box Cover (E) using Junction Box
Screws (F).

Press the top portion of the Remodel Clips (B)
against the side of the Housing Assembly (A).
