2.1 Intended use

The packing system is built according to the state of the technological art and recognised safety regulations. Nevertheless, its use may cause
danger to the life and limb of the user or third parties, or damage to the product or other material assets.
Danger!
The dosing device must be used exclusively in accordance with its intended use and in a technically safe condition!
The operational safety of the product is only guaranteed if it is used for its intended purpose!
Improper use can lead to damage to the dosing device, for which Albert Kerbl GmbH cannot accept any liability. The packing system is intended
exclusively for use in agriculture and may only be used if:
• All safety devices described in the operating instructions are present and in a protective position.
• All safety instructions in the operating instructions are observed and complied with, both in the section on safety, "Basic safety instructions",
and directly in the sections of the operating instructions.
The operating instructions are part of the packing system and must therefore be kept for consultation during its use. The packing system may
only be operated after instruction and in accordance with these operating instructions. Uses of the packing system not described in the operating
instructions may result in serious physical injury or death and damage to property. Unauthorised modifications to the packing system can have a
negative effect on the properties of the dosing device or interfere with its proper functioning. Unauthorised modifications therefore release the
manufacturer from any liability arising from this. Proper use also includes compliance with the operating, maintenance, cleaning and servicing
conditions specified by the manufacturer.

2.2 Reasonably foreseeable misuse

Any use other than that specified under "Intended use or use beyond this" is considered improper use! The manufacturer/supplier accepts no
liability for any damage resulting from this.
Hazards can arise in cases of improper use!
Such misuses include, for example:
• Exceeding the technical values specified for normal operation.
• Failure to observe safety labels on the product and safety instructions in the operating instructions.
• Performing troubleshooting, adjustment, cleaning, repair and maintenance work contrary to the instructions in the operating instructions.
• Unauthorised modifications of the device.
• Installation of prohibited/unapproved additional equipment.
• Use of non-original spare parts.

2.3 Conversions or modifications:

In the event of unauthorised conversions and modifications (e.g. welding on load-bearing parts) to the attachment, any liability and warranty on
the part of the manufacturer will be rendered void! Therefore, do not make any changes or additions to the packing system without consultation
and the written consent of the manufacturer.

2.4 Spare and wear parts as well as auxiliary materials

The use of spare and wear parts or auxiliary materials from third-party manufacturers can lead to hazards. The manufacturer accepts no liability
for any damage caused by the use of these parts! Therefore, use only original parts or parts approved by the manufacturer.

2.5 Training of operating personnel

In order to avoid accidents, every person working with the dosing device must meet the following minimum requirements:
• They are physically capable of handling the packing system.
• They can carry out the work with the packing system within the scope of these operating instructions in a safe manner.
• They understand the operation of the packing system in the context of their work and are able to recognise and avoid the dangers of the work.
